01 What is PELM elder care?
PELM (Prime Elder Life Management) provides structured, professional support for elders — combining health monitoring, companionship, lifestyle assistance, and administrative help to ensure dignity, independence, and joy.
02 How often do team members visit elders?
Our standard model includes twice-weekly visits — one 4-hour visit and one 2-hour visit — but schedules can be customized based on family needs.
03 What happens during a typical visit?
Each visit covers four areas:
  • Health & wellness check (vitals, medication review)
  • Companionship & lifestyle engagement (conversation, hobbies, outings)
  • Practical assistance (errands, bills, digital help)
  • Reporting & planning (updates for family and next steps)
04 Can we have extra visits if required?
Extra visits can be scheduled as per prior notice. Charges may apply.
05 Do you provide medical care?
We are not a hospital or clinic, but we coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and emergency services. Our role is to monitor, remind, and support — ensuring elders follow medical routines and get timely care.
06 Can elders request specific activities?
Yes. We tailor visits to each elder's preferences — whether they enjoy quiet reading, social outings, or creative hobbies.
07 How do you ensure safety during outings?
Our staff accompany elders to parks, temples, shops, or cafés, ensuring safe travel, mobility support, and timely return.
08 Do you help with shopping and errands?
Yes. We offer shopping assistance and lifestyle errands, helping elders with groceries, pharmacy visits, or leisure shopping.
09 Do you provide emergency support?
Yes. We coordinate with local hospitals and emergency services, and ensure elders have quick access to help when needed.
10 How do you select team members?
All staff undergo background checks, training in elder care, and empathy-based orientation before joining PELM.
11 Is PELM only for elders living alone?
No. We support elders living with families too — providing companionship, relieving caregiver stress, and enhancing quality of life.
12 How do I enroll my parent or relative?
You can contact us via phone or email, and we'll schedule an initial consultation to design a personalized care plan.
